Vendor Application
Applications for our quilt show can be completed by clicking on the following link: 2027 Vendor Application
To complete your application you will be asked to:
You can obtain your AZ TPT license from www.azdor.gov (allow 4 weeks for processing)
Payment is collected via Paypal (use your account or guest checkout with credit card)
You will receive confirmation of your application, an invoice for your remaining balance, and additional instructions from the Vendor Coordinator within one week of receipt of your online application.
Your final payment will be due January 23, 2027.If you have any questions, please send a note to the Vendor Coordinator at aqg.quiltvendor@gmail.com
